In-House
Training Programmes Conducted at SFCL
We provide our staff with both in-house and external training. During the year 2004, a new Training division was set up and a training manager recruited in order to provide a more systematic training programme, especially in areas such as financial, treasury, and credit management. A training programme is drawn up at the beginning of each year and training requirement guidelines are set up.
Additionally, staff is encouraged to pursue further professional and academic qualifications.
IT staff underwent a five-week training program with consultant Eric Mackie from Canada during the year 2004. Mr. Mackie made a major contribution to the IT department, helping to formulate a new Company security policy. He will be invited back to further contribute to the improvement of the IT department in the Future. |
